Online orders and store purchases can be returned or exchanged at any Journeys retail store.

We allow all unworn merchandise, in original packaging and with original receipt, to be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are excluded.
